Wykeland and Quintain Estates and Devlopment are set to get the go-ahead for their 550,000 sqft mixed-use development in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The £100m scheme next to Beverley Minster was called in last summer on the ground that it may conflict with national policies.
The Secretary State for the Environment, Hazel Blears said this week that she was minded to grant consent for the development subject to completion of a section 106 agreement on affordable housing. |
