Grimsby's most Prestigious office available now

Origin 5 at Genesis Office Park ready for occupation
The Wykeland Group is delighted to announce that their new flagship office building, Origin 5 at Genesis Office Park, Europarc has been completed.

As the name suggests, Origin 5 is the 5th building at Genesis office park and sits besides a lake in an attractive managed parkland at the heart of Europarc on the outskirts of Grimsby.Europarc has recently seen a series of new developments including the recent letting of the two most recent office buildings on Genesis Office Park. With this success coupled with the lack of quality office accommodation in Grimsby, Wykeland took the decision to speculatively build Origin 5.

Dominic Gibbons, Development Director at Wykeland Properties commented; “From our first involvement in Europarc in 1999 we with our partners set out to create a high quality and environmentally sustainable office park and we believe we have delivered and are still delivering this.”

Occupiers can lease or purchase all of Origin 5 or it can be leased in four office suites. Europarc’s Genesis office park has been part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, and is another key part of the business park’s continual programme of growth and development. Europarc in its entirety now has over 725,000 sq ft of occupied business space.
