Europarc to be new home for Cosalt PLC |

Europarc's success continues with the announcment that Colsalt PLC will relocate it's Headquarter to Genesis Office Park in the Spring.
Cosalt PLC has historic roots in the area, originally formed in Grimsby in 1873 as the Great Grimsby Coal, Salt and Tanning Company, but today focuses on offshore and onshore marine safety.
Cosalt selected the Origin 4 site at Europarc as it matched all of their requirements. They needed to be close to their current location in the docks and to have premises that offered the best facilities in terms of space, flexibility, running costs and the minimisation of environmental impact. Amenities offered by Europarc such as excellant transport networks and ample car parking for staff and visitors, all contributed to making the site their first choice.
