Following the outstanding success and widespread support for the inaugural Building a Low Carbon World conference in 2007, and to fulfil the commitments made at that event to create and sustain a movement for change, the second Low Carbon World event will be held on April 17th at the Royal Geographical Society in London.
The 2008 conference is titled Living in a Low Carbon World and is a natural evolution in terms of title and content to the first conference through examination and debate surrounding the creation, maintenance and sustenance of communities and built environments with reduced carbon footprints.
The exciting agenda will draw upon the expertise of academic, commercial, social and political leaders to discuss the practicalities and issues of creating and maintaining such communities.
