Genesis Office Park's Origin 3 launched |

Following the occupation of Origin 1 and 2 on Europarc shortly after completion, and with encouraging demand for offices in Grimsby, there was no hesitation in proceeding with the construction of Origin 3.
The striking appearance and high quality design of the first two phases has been replicated but new technology has been included within the third phase which vastly improves the environmental performance.
Dominic Gibbons explained, " For some time we have been investigating opportunities to enhance the sustainability of our developments, and whilst the inclusion of the new technology achieves our goal, it is becoming increasingly apparant that these measures are a must-have for progressive business occupiers".
Additions to Origin 3 include rain water harvesting, solar water heating and smart metering. These are all accompaniments to the raised access floors, PIR lighting, energy efficient combined heating cooling and ventilation, and high quality security system, which are standard throughout the three buildings.
Origin 3 extends to 10,215 sqft and is available as a whole or in four equal sized suites. |
