Having received full detailed consent in mid 2007 for the flagship Business Park in Melton, Wykeland's chosen construction company CR Reynolds has now moved on to site to construct the infrastructure and a 38,000 sqft building for Hull-based company Nekem.
The 50 acre site will accomodate a mix of Office, Industrial and Distribution buildings all built to a rigorous design code and set within an attractive landscaped environment.
