Wykeland consortium short-listed for Hull's Fruit market regeneration |

Wykeland together with partners Quintain Estates and Development and I-Space has been shortlisted by Citybuild for the major regeneration of Hull's historic fruit market.
The consortium is now working up detailed plans for a mixed use scheme featuring leisure, retail, office and residential by utlising and renovating historic buildings and the development of new buildings to create a sustainable and vibrant community in this important part of Hull.
