Wykeland has recently completed the shell constructionof the speculatively built business unit on Genesis Way. With its impressive frontage, ample car parking and secure yard, anybody viewing the unit may be surprised to see that no floor or offices have been installed.
With the predominance of food related business in the area each of which has a unique building specification requriement, Wykeland made the decision to leave the floor and offices so they can be constructed with a specific end user in mind. Having constructed premises for companies such as Geest Mariner, Kwoks and Baxters, Wykeland has the experience and confidence to deliver a building suitable to a variety of needs.
