Wykeland receive detailed planning consent for the 50 acre first phase |

East Riding or Yorkshire Council has granted full planning consent for the construction of the infrastructure for Phase 1 of this mixed used business park alongside the A63.
Melton West's strategic location just 9 miles to the west of Hull and with direct links to the national motorway network has proven popular, with an operator already agreeing to take space. The consent includes the construction of a bespoke 38,000 sqft distribution facility for this operator which will include a variety of environmental efficient measures including rain water harvesting and a wind turbine amongst others.
Construction of the infrastructure and the first unit is due to commence in late summer 2008. |
