The Knowledge and Innovation Park on the Reckitt Benkiser Shine development has proven to be a popular location for a variety of occupiers.
The latest addition is Leeds based electrical contractor, Valectric who has taken 2,000 sqft as a new office and store to service their Hull contracts.
There is a diverse range of occupiers on the site including International logistics manger Expeditiors, design consultants Two Heads and Music IT producers, Computer DJ. |
