This 16 acre development will tranform a derelict area of Beverley Town Center in to a thriving environment with retail, leisure, offices, a new 4-star hotel, college with houses and flats. This site is being developed in partnership with Quintain Estates and Development and CP Group.
The scheme was granted outline planning consent by East Riding of Yorkshire Council's planning department and this has recently been backed by the Secretary of State for the Environment following a Public Enquiry
The consortium is now preparing plans for a detailed planning application prior to construction commencing.
