This 450,000 sqft factory was one of the largest to have been built at the time in the UK. Developed in 1984 on a 25-acre site, the building was purpose built for the production of Hygena kitchen and bedroom furniture.
A further 325,000 sqft factory unit and 12,000 office were developed by Wykeland for Hygena in the early 1990's.
