An attractive redevelopment of a former industrial area adjacent to the A63 and only a short distance from Hull City Centre.
Wykeland owned the former economically obsolete industrial site and with assistance from Yorkshire Forward were able to re-develop the site. The scheme had to be planned in such a way that allowed one remaining occupant to continue trading whilst demolition and construction continued and then relocate over night to one of the new units, then permitting the demolition of their unit |
