Wykeland has successfully developed over 9 million square feet of commercial property of which nearly 2 million square feet is still retained in its portfolio. Current Developments

Current projects include the £70 million Europarc in Grimsby, where Wykeland has already developed 400 000 sq ft of Business space with a further 115,000sqft planned for early 2007. Planning has recently been gained for a 50 acre Business Park at Melton on the A63 and planning approval is currently being sought for a 620,000 sq ft new Business Park adjacent to the Humber Bridge regional northern approach roads. Two exciting mixed use schemes are also being planned on land surrounding the Hull Central Dry dock as part of the Fruit Market Regeneration and on a 16-acre site in the centre of Beverley.
